Refund Policy

At J&L Events LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality event production and unforgettable experiences across all of our brands. To maintain our standard of excellence and manage the logistics of large-scale events, we adhere to a strict refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

Please be advised that all ticket sales and service bookings are final. J&L Events LLC does not offer refunds for any of our brands, including but not limited to corporate events, marketing services, or the Tacos & Beats and Family Reunion Tour experiences.

By purchasing a ticket or securing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, travel issues, or weather conditions.

  • Brand Transition: As stated on our site, the transition from Tacos & Tequila Frisco to Tacos & Beats does not qualify for refunds on historical or future bookings.

  • Ticket Transfers: While tickets are non-refundable, they are often transferable. Please check the specific event page for instructions on how to transfer a ticket to another individual. 

  • Event Postponement: In the rare event that an experience is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Service Deposits

For corporate event production (staging, lighting, sound, etc.), all deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date on our calendar and allow us to begin the necessary pre-production and resource allocation for your business.
